Hero’s Journey Odysseus

In the Hero’s Journey Odysseus, users will reenact the tails of the legendary hero and king of Ithaca, Odysseus.

In accordance with Greek and Roman mythology, the user will play as Odysseus and go on adventures, learning the tales and stories of mythology.

Beginning in his home land of Ithaca, Odysseus will have to cross seas, outsmart cyclops, make deals with wickedly smart goddesses, and uphold promises he made to Menelaus.

Odyssey Quest is a language arts simulation that brings classic literature to life for high school students.

Inspired by Homer's epic poem, the program immerses learners in a rich, interactive world where, as the protagonist, they navigate challenges and make decisions that shape the story's outcome.

As students progress through the simulation, they encounter key themes, symbols, and motifs from the text, deepening their understanding of both the literary elements and content itself.

Learning the difference between open ended questions and closed ended questions can help someone get a much better understanding of the area they are trying to investigate, and help them obtain knowledge they didn’t even know they needed! This simulation consists of the interviewer (the user), an interviewing coach, and the interviewee (who the user is attempting to obtain information from). This game pushes the user to get creative and come up with their own idea of what they need and how they are going to get there. The interview coach will read the questions that the user will input and give suggestions and advice on how to improve them.
